What is the easiest way to replace the front drum glides?

You could rebuild the old slides or you can buy a pair of new ones.
Open the door to the dryer.
Remove the 4 screws that hold down the top(torx drive)
raise the top and remove the front panel.
your glides are right there easily accessable
at the base of the drum.
Easy repair.

If you are don't want to spend 30 bucks on a set of these puppys you can always buy the el cheapo repair kit
It comes with 2 rivits a backer pad and a slide.
