I have a Roper Electric Dryer that the door switch quit working, I am looking at the replacements online by part number and notice they are for a 3 wire harness. Question I have is the harness on this dryer and switch is 2 wire. Are these switches compatible with each other?

yes ,put common to common +normaly open to normaly open from old switch to new switch, normaly close will remain empty
