Model Number: NVL333EYOWW Brand: Hotpoint Age: 5 - 10 years
When the dryer operates it makes a very loud screeching sound while the dryer is on. I believe the bearing needs replaced, (Black powder behind ball bracket.)
How does one access the interior of the cabinet, which panel gets removed first and how (i.e. use a screwdriver to pry the panel from the frame???). Ads By Google Related Models |

Hotpoint is made by GE but this is coming up looking like a basic Frigidaire machine.
Insert a screw driver or putty knife in the gap between the top and front near the edges and you will release clips the hold the top to the front. The top will now flip up and you can take off the front, marking the wires for the door switch if you need to. Take off the rear access panel to release the belt and use the belt to lift the drum out. There you go.
