My dryer stops running before the cycle is over. All controls seem to work but it acts like it is over heating. After I wait awhile then the unit will start again. I have cleaned all the vents and have replaced the top bearing which was worn. Is there a way to do a trouble code check or something?

Hi,

The motor has a over load in it that will kill the power to the motor if it gets to hot. After the over load cools down it will reset itself so it can run again.
