Model Number: LNC7753A71 Brand: Admiral Age: 5 - 10 years
My admiral dryer just stopped working. Turning the timer only produces a clicking noise but all else appears dead. I checked the 240V outlet and its producing 240V and 120V on each side. The door switch appears OK. I performed a continuity check for when the door is closed and opened and that appears OK too. The light does not come on when the door is opened. I checked the voltage at the light connector and got 35V with the door closed and 45V when it is opened. The bulb is a 120v bulb. Is this voltage at the light connector correct? What should I check next to get this dryer running?
