Dryer leaves red mark on clothes and makes noise when drying
Model Number: FSE747GES1 Brand: Frigidaire Age: More than 10 years
The drum in this dryer had to be replaces 2 times under warranty when we bought it. (Was leaving coating on drum on clothes and such.) So they replaced with a steel drum. Now the drum seems to be off center and a red velvet lining can be felt in some parts of the inside of the drum. This is what i believe leaves the red stain on clothes espec. if they get caught in the edge inside. Also there is like a white plastic piece that you can feel at times along the edge of the drum inside. The dryer is also now making a squeaky sound as it revolves. Is this something I can try fixing myself?
