Model Number: mdg6000bwq Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
I recently replaced some parts on my dryer, model mdg6000bwq, and although the dryer itself works well the timer seems to be running fast. Setting the timer on regular dry at the more dry setting runs about twice as quick as it did before. I now have to run two cycles before the cloths are dry. When I worked on the dryer I drew a diagram where each wire went and followed it when I put it back together. Could I have inadvertently swapped some wires to cause this problem?
