Dryer only heats at start of cycle
Model Number: 417.92042101 Brand: Sears Age: 1 - 5 years
My Sears gas (propane) dryer starts up and fires the burner fine at the beginning of the cycle, then the heat shuts off after about 2 minutes and doesn't seem to come back on through the rest of the cycle. The clothes don't dry unless I run them through 3 cycles. I already replaced the thermostat accessible in the front bottom of the dryer, and thoroughly cleaned out all the lint and confirmed the vent is clear. What should I do next to diagnose/repair this dryer? Thank you!

Most likely the problem with your dryer caused by a bad gas valve coils.
- The part number for the kit of the gas valve coils is AP2150379 Gene.
