Model Number: GGC9858EQ1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
My dryer runs except that is blowing cold air...I have read the past posts about checking igniter and thermal fuse....but I am having trouble getting access to them <somewhat embarassing question for me in this crowd> I have taken all of t he screws off the back but the panel will not come off. I have taken the top of the dryer off but wanted to check if that is necessary< looks like I would have to pull the drum that way> and the bottom panel in front of the dryer looks like it would come off but I just can't figure out how to remove it. I don't want to break anything.
Could someone tell me how to remove the toe panel in the front of this dryer....I am sure this is how to access the igniter and thermal fuse. Thanks G Ads By Google Related Models Last edited by Gordy C : 02-26-2008 at 05:43 PM. Reason: update |
