I had to move earlier this year and after the move the timer doesn't progress nor does the sensor dry progress. I can turn on the dryer and it will dry but I have to track the cycle manually. I had to change power cord on the dryer from a 4 prong to a 3 prong 220. I would assume it's the timer that is out.

Check for 120 volts to the timer's motor.
If you have voltage, but its not turning, the motor is probably fried.
