I opened up the dryer tonight to replace thermal fuse and expected the slide on type connectors however I was greeted with what appears to be a clamshell type of connector. I've never seen one of these before and before I mess around with it too much I wanted to see if someone could point me in the direction of how to remove these without damaging the wires. All other wires appear to be the slide on kind; just different on this thermal fuse. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Here are a couple of pictures of the connector
