Motor hums upon start, but drum does not turn. If I give the drum a manual "push start" it continues just fine. All rollers and belt are good. I've heard there may be some sort of start up capacitor that gives the motor an extra nudge of power to start. Is this a replaceable part with this model, or do I need to replace the entire motor ? Any other thoughts on cause of problem ?

Here are your parts

I cannot find a capacitor in the parts so it probably does not have one.

I am assuming that the drum turns fairy easily.
If it does then the motor is the most likely culprit.
