Hello. I’m troubleshooting an intermittent problem Maytag Duet dryer. It will power on (light up) but not start. When this happens the control knob will not respond to changes. I’m not sure whether to replace the control board or knob portion (whatever that would be called). One important note: While troubleshooting in test mode, all of the lights come on and respond with beeps except the control knob AND the Dryness Level button. I’m sure it would be easier to troubleshoot if only one button didn’t respond. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
