Ok last weekend, my dryer stopped midcycle, heat and timer still working, but no spin. I unplugged it and took the front panel off, belt still on, so googling the problem, it said the thermal fuse on the blower is probably bad. So I bought the new thermal fuse, installed it, and it worked. My wife was doing laundry while i was at work, and it went bad again. Same symptoms, and I want to know what could be causing it to blow, before I go and spend more money on another fuse, which I know I have to anyway, but want to know if there is something else to get.

The most common cause is a dirty vent system.
Check/clean it.

Also make sure the outside vent louvers are opening.
