The troubleshooting manual under the top cover has some steps but the wire diagrams/colors indicated don't always match, here is what I have tried:

My LG DLEX3470V electric stopped heating. I pulled two thermal fuses that were accessible by removing the duct inside the unit and both of those fuses read <1 ohm. I even heated them on the stove a little and they still show continuity.

I pulled the connector from the main PCB to the thermistor and the thermistor resistance reads what it should for the room temperature, ~11.4k.

The heater coil has two separate relays and the instructions say to check 2 pairs of wires for ~20 ohms and another set for between 36-44 ohms. I'm not sure which set was for the 20 because I didn't get any combination that showed 20. The pair that said between 36-44 had 42 on it.

I can hear the relays clicking when I run the unit. I haven't checked voltages out of the relays yet as I got a little discouraged that nothing seemed to point obviously toward the issue.

I'm not certain where to go next in my troubleshooting.
