no heat checked heating element is good no restrictions in vent checked circirt breaker ok whats the problem

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL LEC8858EQ0 | AppliancePartsPros.com Here is the wiring diagram http://www.servicematters.com/docs/w...%203401725.pdf When you checked the breaker did you just look at it or did you turn it off/on. Sometimes you can loose half the line without tripping the breaker. I would check that you have 240 volts at the machine. Next would be the Thermal Fuse, this is the one by the heater The Hi-Limit Thermostat, it is on the heater The Operating Thermostat, it is on the blower case.
