The dryer works fine and suddenly it stops working and it is only about 4 years old. Basically, when I press and hold START button, it runs and rotates; once I release the START button, it stops.

I checked all 3 fuses (500--Safety Thermostat (thermal Fuse), 500--Thermostat (4-Wire), 530--Hi-Limit Thermostat, ) near the drum, and they are all good.

What is my next step to find which part is bad? Your expertise will be appreciated.

You either have a faulty belt switch or faulty motor. The belt switch is down alongside the motor and is activated by the belt idler pulley arm. The switch should have a pink and brown wire going to it. You can jump those two wires together to bypass the switch. If that's not the problem, then the motors centrifugal switch is bad and the motor would have to be replaced.
