My dryer turns if I hold the start button in, but won't continue once I release. Additionally, timer won't advance even if I hold in start button. Also, it won't heat but i know the heating element is good. Do I have a bad timer?

Here are your parts

See the attachment for your tech sheet.

Could be the motor relay.

Unplug the unit and try swapping the heater and the motor relays.
I think they are the same but double check this.

If it is not the repat then it is probably the control board as that is what keeps the relay closed once you release the start button.
