Dryer stopped working a week ago. Has power (light on when door open), but pressing start switch does nothing. Thermal fuse and thermostats all show continuity. Replaced door switch (lever was broken) and start switch (thanks ApplancePartsPros for the fast response), but still no response. Can hear timer clicking when plugged in. Also replaced circuit breaker (it showed some old arcing) and have 240v at wall and at terminal block (did also before replacing). What's left to try?

Probably a faulty timer. The timer "clicking" just means that the timer motor is working but says nothing about the internal contacts.
