I replaced burned out heater coil yesterday along with new Thermal Cut-Off and High Limit Thermostat. Started dryer and heater coil went to full high heat in the lowest setting and Thermal Cut-Off shut it down. I tried to start it after it cooled down but the Thermal cut off was open. I replaced the Thermal Cut-Off and the same thing happened. I check the air flow with the exhaust vent hose off and was getting great airflow out. I checked the power leads coming in and had no issues there. I removed the P-14 Connector from the control board and read across P14-3 and P14-6 and had 10K ohms across the Exhaust Thermistor.
Dryer will run but it don't seem like it will regulate the heat since it goes cherry red full hot.
