My dryer motor won't come on... The front panel comes on, you press start, there's a "click" and the timer starts counting down, but motor doesn't come on. There are no error messages.

I replaced the control board
Pulled the drum out and belt is tight
I disconnected the thermal fuse and put a temporary jumper wire across it
Door switch appears to be working

No love with any of that - still won't start.

Is there anything else to try before shelling out the money for a new motor?
