There are 3 'tumble bars' inside the drum.
One fell off a while ago. Now the 2nd is loose and ripping clothes apart.
How can I access the outside (radial) of the drum to tighten the screws (and re-install) the 'tumble bars'?

Your model number does not look correct.
Maytag numbers are usually a couple/3 letters then a couple numbers followed by a few more letters.

Once you have the correct number look it up in the parts section and there may be info on how to get to the screws.
