I have a Samsung Dryer DV407AEW/XAA that shows a code upside down F with a lower case O. I have seen some people call it a EO with out the top bar on the E. You can turn off and restart and sometime it will finish the cycle. It doesn't always do it. Called Samsung and no help.

Tried unplugging for 1 min no luck.
Cleaned back metal mesh with rubbing alcohol no luck.

Thanks for any help.
