I have a Maytag LSE 1000 stackable that I love and has had minimal problems. Right now. The dryer seems to be working except for the fact that the air blowing, is cool air. The air is not warm as is needed to dry clothes.

Could be any number of things but I would first reset the AC panel breaker for the machine. Sometimes one half of the breaker can trip. If that is not the problem then I would check the hi limit thermostat to heater coil stud jumper wire. Unplug machine and remove the transition panel below dryer. Heater coil enclosure is on the right. Check the wires that connect to the heater coil connection studs. A common failure is burning up of the jumper wire that connects one of the studs to the high limit thermostat mounted to the heater enclosure.
