Kenmore Dryer Will Not Heat After Replacing Everything

I have a Kenmore as mentioned. One day it didn't heat up, but I didn't think much of it. I turned it back on and it heated fine. Yesterday, it did it again, only this time, it will not heat at all no matter what. After research, I went out and bought replacement:
- Heating Element
- High Limit Fuse
- Thermal Cut out Fuse
Replace all of these, and still no heat. So I tested continuity on the following (All passed):
- Heating Element
- High Limit Fuse
- Thermal Cut out Fuse
- Thermal Fuse
- High Limit Thermostat (Both sets of posts)
There lies my first question, am I missing something? Just for kicks, I tested the outlet and it shows 240V. Checked the breaker, and it isn’t half tripped. Plugged it into the stove outlet (which I know works) and it still didn't heat. I replaced the power cable all together and still no go. I did notice that the kit that replaced the high limit thermostat, it left out a salmon colored cable, as in there is no place to plug this in. What exactly is this for? There should have been a special terminal lug (gold colored) with the thermal cutoff kit. It has an extra connecting tab on it. Cut the lug off the end of the red/white jumper that attaches to the lower tab on the hi limit thermostat. Install the special lug on that wire. Plug red/white jumper back onto tab on hi limit, attach orange wire to the extra tab on the new terminal lug. Without the orange wire connected, the timer will not advance in auto dry mode nor will the dryer shut off at end of cycle. As to the no heat issue, it's most likely a faulty timer. The timer on this model is a piece of junk and they fail often. The device with four terminals is the operating thermostat. The device next to it is the thermal fuse. Device at top of heater box is the thermal cutoff, device at bottom of heater box is the hi limit thermostat. Whirlpool W10185976 Timer - AppliancePartsPros.comEric
