Hey guys, first time posting here... I've been fighting with this dryer all night, it doesn't want to start. Thermal fuse is ok, door switch is ok, start relay is ok (I think... it resets itself after the door is opened and closed, and when you turn the timer from "off" to a cycle), I can hear the timer clicking away, but the damn thing won't start. This is in a townhouse I'm renting, but the washer and dryer were left here by the owner as a "courtesy", and repairs are not included... We're moving out in 2 weeks, so I don't want to dump a bunch of cash into this thing, but we don't want to move a bunch of dirty laundry either... Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Does the drum lamp come on when you open the door? If not and the bulb is good then you have an open neutral. If lamp works, check for 120vac between each blue wire on thermal fuse to ground after start button is pressed. If good, check for 120vac between thermal fuse blue wire and terminal W on timer. If good, need to check motor for faulty connection/terminal at wiring harness connector. Does heat coil come on when timer is on?

The lamp does come on when you open the door. I did not notice the coil heating up when the timer was "clicking"... One thing that happened after my initial post, about when I had given up and put it back together: I got it to run briefly, but couldn't determine what I did that made it run (I was standing behind the dryer, so I'm not sure what the timer was set to). This makes me think that I've possibly got a loose connection somewhere or that the timer is flaking out on me.
