The first thing I would check for continuity is the cycling thermostat (#275 on the cabinet break down diagram) with lower temperature (the temperature is written on the thermostat) .

If it's open - it has to be replaced.

If it's closed then the timer is the second failure suspect.

- The part number for the cycling thermostat is AP2042845

- The part number for the timer is AP2042864

Here are the break down diagrams for the RCA (GE) dryer Model DRB4400SBLWW
