My dryer works fine but after it has been running for 15 to 30 minutes it starts to makes a really loud noise, almost like it is going too fast and grinding. I took the front panel off and cleaned the piles of lint that had built up over the years, any more ideas?

Change out the rollers, belt and belt tensioner and see if that does not fix it. Even if it does not it is good maintence, and if not try to see if the problem is coming from the front or rear.
