My front loader duet whirlpool dryer model # GEW9200LW1 has an issue where the drum keeps spinning while the door is shut when the door is open the drum stops spinning. Everything else seems to be operating correctly but at the end of the cycle the timer and heat goes off but the drum just keeps on spinning. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to get the tech sheet out from inside the dryer cabinet and perform the button tests to see if one of the buttons is stuck closed. If the buttons are ok you probably have a stuck motor relay and will have to replace the control board. Whirlpool 8546219 Control Board - AppliancePartsPros.comEric
