When set to timed dry cycle, does the timer advance? If not, check that you have 240vac at dryer receptacle. If you do, unplug dryer, open the small panel at upper middle on back of dryer and check the power cord connections to see that they are clean and tight. No burning/melting of terminals or wires.

Check your specific model number, but I just went through this with mine, and it was the high-limit cut out -- different from the thermal fuse.

Can't help if you don't answer the questions. When set to timed dry cycle, does the timer advance??? If it doesn't, then the motor switch is likely the problem. If it does advance, then the timer is likely the problem since you've replaced all other components in the heat circuit. The timers on these dryers are absolute junk and fail often.
