I have an LG dlg2532w dryer that I replaced the motor in last year that worked fine until recently. It has started to not turn the drum when cold unless started by hand, this is the reason I changed the motor last year. I was assuming the motor relay was going bad and cannot be changed by itself. However when warm the drum will turn on its own, i.e. the second load of laundry.
