My dryer makes a squeaking sound when it first starts up. I took it apart and found the right roller did not turn as freely as the left. I cleaned the shaft and inside the roller but did not help. What do you suggest? Thanks

Hello, Linda.

You should replace both rollers, they are identical. Here is your part:

Part number: AP4008534
Part number: AP4008534

There is also a chance that the belt tension pulley may squick. Here is the part:

Part number: AP4373393
Part number: AP4373393

Thank you.

Simon.

Thanks for your quick reply. I also thought I should replace the rollers on the dryer. I just wanted a second opinion. Lind
