what do you mean by clear and clean? How strong is the pressure at the outside vent cap? Are the any dips & bends/90degree turns in the vent? Whats the vents distance its ran? Is it hard vent or soft coil vent piping?

Try putting a flex pipe on the dryer, about 4 feets worth, get a bucket put some water in it & put the vent pointing inside the bucket & run it for a cycle & see if its better. If so you know its the vent, if not? Then you know its in the dryer..

The water in the bucket will act like a magnet for the lint & dust. And the heat will be released in the air. Just try it for a load and see what happens and go from there...Full load of clothes ( Ex-large on the washer) should take 45-55mins normally. Mine takes 40, but my vent is 2 ft long straight out!
