My estate gas dryer isn't heating properly. It takes about 3-4 cycles to finally dry the cloths. The first few times it doesn't dry at all. The 3rd or 4th time the cloths will be completely dry as if nothing is wrong.

I've cleaned out the exhaust but that is it. Any ideas of what it could be? Thanks in advance!
