Dryer wont start. Check the power coming 240 volts. Check the the thermal fuse show good. Check heating element showed 11 ohms. Check the door switch showed good. The way you turn on the dryer is through the timer so best bet is it is the timer what can i do more to make sure.

Here are your parts
Parts for Maytag PYE4500AYW Dryer - AppliancePartsPros.com

It has a wiring diagram but it is for a gas unit. The motor/start circuit is probably the same in your unit.
The heater circuit will of coarse be different but this should not effect the unit starting.

You have 240 but do you have 120.
The motor/start circuit requires 120 volts between Neutral (white) and L1 (black).
