Heater Stay On.pdf (82kb) downloaded 2 time(s).

Tech%20Sheet%20-%20W10026571.pdf (364kb) downloaded 91 time(s).

GE Gas Dryer Spins but does not heat, Tech said it might be Control board as I do not hear igniter trying click,

Could not ck continuity on igniter or sensers as it was stacked in small closet.

replaceing control board is costly, and would like to get opinion if should first ck other less costly alternative fixes first
ie fuses, igniter. and instructed on how to get to and ck other all options.

Check the voltage coming into the ignitor should be 120v.........if you dont have 120v you have a fuse out possibly or your main board is going out. Check all fuses, thermostats, cut off and anything in the heating circuit that can cause the interuption for continuity.
