ROPER Dryer is heating, NO engine noise, and NOT spinning.
Belt is OK.
Please let me know how to fix it!

Yes, it heats up, but no noise and no spin.

Now I found the model number = YREX3615EW1
This should be the correct one.

Here are your parts

See the attachment for a wiring diagram
It is for a REX3615EW1 but should be a close match if not an exact match to your unit.

As you can see you should not have heat when the motor is off. The centrifugal switch (2M/1M) in the heater circuit should close when the motor gets close to operating speed. This prevents the heater from coming on before there is air flow.

Unplug the unit and check the thermal fuse ((item 23 in section 03).
It should be 0 ohms at room temperature.

Also check the heating coil. Disconnect the wires going to it and check it with a meter, should be about 8 to 12 ohm. Then check from each side of the heater to the frame/ground. Both should be infinite ohms.
If not the heater is grounded.
In this case you will get heat with the motor off also it will heat whenever the timer is on a heat cycle even before the start button is pressed.

Thanks very much for your information.
Yesterday I replace the fuse of the dryer and it is running like a new machine!
I feel so good that it is working now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you find out why it blew?

Also if the thermal fuse on the blower motor blows, the motor will not start and you should not have had any heat because the heater's centrifugal switch on the motor should never close.

I hate to be a spoil sport but I think you still have a problem.
