Look inside the drum where the lint trap is there should be multiple screws holding that piece remove screws and lint housing and install new part.

Does the front panel of the dryer come off to expose the lint housing?

You don't have to remove anything from the front the lint trap housing should just pull straight up....there' may be 2 wires to the moisture bars that's it just disconnect them if necessary and reattach to new piece

The replacement piece is too big to get through the dryer opening. Part #we14x196
