Kenmore LP gas dryer
Model Number: 97590140 75901 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
Sears owners parts list book has the model number 110.97590140
Flame not working, hear whistling sound that last 2 or 3 seconds. Sound seems to start after regulator klick. I believe the clicking is the dryer being asked to start gas flow. Flame sensor - Senses flame for heat allowing gas valve to open. Part Number: AP2910747 Manufacturer's Number: 338906 made by WHIRLPOOL White lead connection spade broke off, may have accured when removing burner. Dryer igniter kit and bracket - By Whirlpool. Flat style igniter, replaces both round and flat igniters. Fits Whirlpool, Kenmore, Estate, Sears and Roper gas dryers. Comes with installation instructions. Caution: DO NOT touch the grey part of the igniter - handle the igniter by its white part only. For dryer flame sensor use AP2910747.
