My GE dryer drum falls down in the front and catches the clothes. It was also makes horrible noises like metal to metal. I replaced the glides and it stopped the noise but it still catches the clothes. What else do I need to replace? Thank you!:confused::confused:

Your model number is incomplete or invalid...........should have alot more digits check inside the door or back of unit.

I'm sorry I entered the model # incorrectly. The correct # is dvl223eb1ww.
