I replaced the Drum Glides, however when I put it all back together, it seems like the drum is fairly tight or shall I say too tight. It turns, but takes effort.
If I leave the front bulkhead off and turn the drum, it is rotating freely.
There was adhesive tape that was under the original glides, which I left on and wonder if I should have removed it.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Did you replace the felt underpad and the glide or just the glide?
