I have this Kenmore dryer and when I push the start knob to start dryer it Buzzes. I have taken off the belt and the motor seems to get hard to spin even when the belt is not attached but then if I turn motor untill it turns a little more easily then it will start. But when I put the belt back on it will not start only buzzes do I need a new motor ner starter for motor or both

I meant to ask if the motor switch is worn out or if the motor is worn out or if both the motor switch and the motor are worn out.

Sounds like the motor is toast.

The new motor includes a new switch.

If you decide to replace it get the blower wheel off it before ordering anything.
It is reverse thread but often it seizes to the motor shaft and has to be destroyed to remove it.
If you remove the wires from the motor be sure to make a diagram where they went. I would just leave them on till you are ready to replace the motor.

Since you have to rip it apart, I would give it an overhaul so check the belt, idler, rear support rollers, front drum supports, drum seals etc.
This way you will have an idea of the total cost.

Also check/clean your vent system.
