how hard is it to replace the drum bearing? What is the part number?

Its pretty easy.
Inside the door on the upper frame should be some screws which hold the top on. Take them out, take off the top, take off the front (be careful to mark where the door switch wires go) and the drum will come out. You can now replace the parts. Here they are Part number: AP2619300
