Hi,

I would to know if my problem is really the timer or how to perform a test to be sure the issue is related to the timer and not other part, because on all the web information the timer for this model is different than all the others timer based for continuity test.

I performed the following test:
1. Thermal Fuse- continuity test; result: passed - and I join both cables and it doesn't start
2. Door Switch - Continuity test ; result:passed-
3. Start Switch - Continuity test; result passed-
4. Motor - I performed 2 by pass test, one direct to the motor and it started; Second bypass with the start switch white and red cable with blue cable of the timer and the motor started it.

So based in all the information on the web, and videos I can't figure out how to test the timer for continuity or check the ohms, etc with this model w10185969. So I want to be sure if this is my problem before I buy the timer on AppliancePartsPros.com.

Hello,

Check for continuity between the timer terminals C (black wire) and B (lt blue wire) while the timer is in on position. The wires should be disconnected from the timer.

The timer Part number: W10185969
Part number: W10185969

you posted is correct.
