Friends dryer not fully drying... checked: vent pipe for excess lent ohm'd temp thermostats ohm'd heat element inspected element cleaned lent trap completly out having them check the timer vs another timer...to make sure its running correctly. Any suggestions?

Hi.
Try the standard approach: Remove the vent hose from the dryer and run it with regular load. If you will see the difference - the problem is within the vent, not the dryer.
Post the results.
