Dryer thinks it's running but drum is not spinning
Model Number: DV419AEW/XAA Brand: Samsung Age: 1 - 5 years
I press power on the dryer and it turns on fine. You press start and you hear a click and a few seconds later another click. The clicks come from the box on the top left side of the dryer. The front control panel indicates that it is running.
I have checked the belt, the kill switch spring, the door switch and the 2 thermal fuses attached to the side of the heating element box. All meter readings on the above items had a value of 0 and .01 on the door switch. I have also metered the power running into the dryer and it is fine too. I tried replacing the front control panel but made no difference. Any other ideas or are there any other fuses to check?  Ads By Google Related Models
