Dryer Motor going bad?
Model Number: LEC5000PQ0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
Push to Start button works but Motor stops when PTS is released. If PTS is held down motor will continue to run for 7-10 seconds then stops. After about 5 minutes (cooling?) PTS will work again, as above. Hi limit T-stat, Operating T-stat and thermal cutoff all OK.
