I am getting an F-01 and won't turn on
Model Number: medz400tq2 Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
My dryer won't start, if I unplug it and plug it back in and hit the start it won't do anything and then flashes f-01

Here are your parts
Parts for Maytag MEDZ400TQ2 Dryer - AppliancePartsPros.com See the attachment for your tech sheet Looks like an electronic control board problem. Try running diagnostics to see if it will let you in. Often when a control board goes the diagnostics will not run. I would unplug the unit. Then disconnect/reconnect all plugs going to the board just to be sure it is not a connection problem. Check that the connections are clean and properly crimped etc. If all OK then odds are that the board needs replacing.
