Dryer will not start. worked fine put load of clothes in nothn. it has power just wont turn on. any idea's dryer is only 5 years old i really dont wanna replace it

Does it make any noise at all when you try to start it? The unit does have a thermal fuse on it, that can keep it from running, so that's a possibilty.

the button u push to start it makes a humming noise but thats it. and will have hubby check the thermal fuse TY

If the hum is coming from the motor have him check to see if something may be stuck in the blower, which is attached to the motor. If it's the motor humming and not starting, that isn't a good sign if nothing is stuck in the blower.

its not really a humming noise lol its more like the noise of the button turning haha sorry @ being so blonde.

okay we wired the 2 wires on the thermal fuse together and the dryer works .Is the one that you showed me the correct one for our dryer ?
