[Tybranh]

I have a Maytag Neptune mde6700ayw. The lights on control panel flicker and the chimes make a low distorted noise (like they are dying). Also ,when turned on, it lights up the number "44" and usually lights up the number 51 when working properly. Dont know if 44 is a code?. It worked for 2 weeks with the lights flickering but now when turned on to dry clothes it only works for about 3 SECONDS then cuts off. Any help would be greatly appreciated if you may have a slight chance in helping me fix this problem. Thanks!
